ICONIC Awards Terms and Conditions Last Updated: November 19, 20251. Introduction Welcome to the ICONIC Awards website (the “Website”), owned and operated by ICONIC Awards LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is between the Company and you, the Member. Please read these terms carefully before using the Website. DISCLAIMER: This document is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. ICONIC Awards LLC and its affiliates recommend consulting with licensed legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Definitions "ICONIC" refers to ICONIC Awards LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company. "Site" or "Website" refers to IconicAwards.com and any related subdomains, including the third-party hosting services used to provide the Services. "User" or "Member" means any individual or entity that accesses the Site or registers with ICONIC. "Content" refers to any information, images, graphics, videos, or materials submitted by users or members. "Services" refers to all features provided by ICONIC including, but not limited to, profile creation, award nominations, marketing exposure, and lead generation. "Subscription" means any paid membership plan.

2. Membership and Services The ICONIC Awards offers three membership tiers:

1. Student Membership: Free of charge ($0/month). Includes a customizable professional profile, service listings, a portfolio, a link to your website, and business lead generation form fields. One free award nomination per award season. Additional nominations are available for purchase. All nominations will be in the Student category and all logos will contain the word “Student”. Students may upgrade to a Creative Pro membership level at any time. ICONIC may require a subscription fee to maintain a Student membership in the future and reserves the right to do so without prior notice. You will have the option to continue your membership for a fee at that time.2. Creative Pro Membership: Free of charge ($0/month). Includes a professional profile you can customize, list of your services (up to 8), portfolio, 1 city location, rates you charge, and a link to your website. Lead generation inquiries are sent directly to the email in your profile. Includes all current and past ICONIC Award nominations and winner logos. 1 free award nomination per season. ICONIC may require a subscription fee in the future and reserves the right to do so without prior notice. If you decline the subscription offer, your profile may be irreversibly deleted.3. Agency Membership: Free of charge ($0/month). Includes a professional profile, list of your services (up to 10), rates you charge, 3 locations, and link to your website. Lead generation inquiries are sent to your email. Includes all current and past ICONIC Award nominations and winner logos. 3 free nominations per season. ICONIC may require a subscription fee in the future and reserves the right to do so without notice. If you decline the subscription, your profile may be permanently deleted.3. Award Entry Fees Additional award entries beyond your free entries are sold for a fee. There are no refunds for any award entry, whether you win or not. Payments are processed through third-party services.4. User Responsibilities and Content Accuracy Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. The Company is not liable for errors or inaccuracies in member content.5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights Members must have rights to all content they upload. The Company may remove any content that violates these Terms. Members receive a limited right to use ICONIC nomination and award logos. These logos remain Company property. Members indemnify ICONIC for all legal violations related to content they provide.6. Privacy and Data Security The Company stores personal information in its systems and third-party tools. While reasonable security measures exist, no system is completely secure. The Company is not responsible for breaches caused by hackers or unauthorized access.7. Liability and Indemnification Members agree to indemnify the Company for claims related to use of the Website or member content. The Company is not responsible for misuse of the lead generation form.8. Termination and Data Deletion Members may terminate with 30-day notice. All account data will be deleted permanently. Members may continue using logos obtained while active. The Company may terminate accounts immediately for violations. No refunds.

9. Payments All payments for Award Entries or Services are non-refundable.

9. Prohibited Content Pornographic, obscene, or offensive content is prohibited. ICONIC determines what qualifies.10. Modifications to Services The Company may modify services and pricing at any time without notice.11. Assignment and Change of Ownership ICONIC may transfer ownership or assign rights at any time. Continued use of the Website implies acceptance of the new owner.12. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Florida jurisdiction.
